NUTURING LEADERS - MATRIC CAMP

SAICA Development Camps which aim to harness their academic potential and achieve the results needed to pursue high-demand professions, SU KZN was invited to provide essential life skills training for South Africa's future leaders, our focus was on cultivating resilience, self-leadership, and personal mission, we sought to bring insights and practical tools to empower the matric attendees.

Drawing from the renowned "Leader in Me" program, inspired by Stephen Covey's 7 Habits, we facilitated four impactful sessions tailored to the needs of over 300 matrics from across the Province. By addressing topics such as resilience, self-leadership, and personal mission, SU KZN reinforced the importance of character development and self-efficacy in shaping successful and fulfilling lives beyond the classroom.

As Scripture Union KZN continues its mission through Sakh' Ulutsha to empower and inspire young people across the province, the opportunity to partner with the SAICA Matric Camp underscores the organization's commitment to nurturing tomorrow's leaders. Through collaborative efforts and impactful initiatives like these, SU KZN remains dedicated to equipping young people with the skills, values, and confidence they need to thrive in all areas of life.
