Sometimes the most beautiful transformations happen in the most unexpected ways.
A Story of Friendship and Courage
At Clarendon, one young lady told us that School Christian Group has become her "happy place."
She added:
"Sometimes school life and home life can feel overwhelming, but when I sit with my friends and hear about Jesus, it gives me courage to face the day."
We love seeing children discover that they are not alone—that God is walking with them every step of the way.

Heroes of Faith at Jai Hind Primary.
This term at Jai Hind Primary, our theme was Heroes of Faith. At a session on Jacob, a student joined and shared how she had prayed for courage and good friends after transferring schools mid-year.
In a beautiful twist, she'd been invited by a student who used to be one of the most disruptive in class. Watching the two form a genuine, supportive friendship reminded us how God transforms hearts and uses young people to uplift one another.
A New Door Opens: Muzithusi Primary
This year we started ministry at Muzithusi Primary School in Edendale. From the very first meeting—even before the program officially started—the learners had already begun worshiping on their own.
It's moments like these that remind us: young people are hungry for God. They're waiting for spaces where they can encounter Him, ask questions, and discover that they matter to the Creator of the universe.
Four Pathways to Transformation
Our school ministry follows four key stages:
Connect → We build relationships through schools and community programs, creating initial connections between unchurched young people and accessible Christian witnesses.
Explore → We provide opportunities for deeper understanding of the Bible, Jesus, and the Christian faith, fostering spaces for questioning, reflection, and discovery.
Respond → We pray that young people will choose to respond positively to Jesus through clear, non-pressured invitations.
Grow → We guide young people to meet God daily through the Bible and prayer, supporting their journey to become committed church members and effective servants of a world in need.
Pray With Us
Pray for:
Students who are discovering Jesus for the first time
Christian students who are learning to share their faith with peers
New schools opening their doors to SU ministry
Mission partners serving faithfully week after week
Hearts being transformed by the power of the Gospel
When we create spaces where young people can encounter Jesus, beautiful things happen. Disruptive students become welcoming friends. Shy newcomers find courage. Overwhelmed hearts find their "happy place" in Christ.
This is the hope on the move.
